This is my first big-boy fighting stick, and I really have to say, this thing is fantastic.
It's got enough weight to stay stable in your lap, the metal finish is gorgeous, and the lighting effect is just icing on the cake.
My only issue is that they don't sell a replacement plexi cover for this, I have some ideas that would work awesome with the colour scheme.

My first stick was a Mad Catz Tournament Pro and it was trash. Then I bought a Eightarc Fusion. Which still is the best stick I've ever tried out. So I decided to buy another Qanba product and I settled with the Q2 and it's almost as good as the Fusion. With lacking detail. Dualmodding. Otherwise it's fantastic.
I really recommend it.

As you may be aware, Mavericks has PS3 drivers built in, so getting it working was plug and play. The LED modes all work except for vibrate, it’s probably a PS3 only feature. If you are a Mac user, and you are looking for an authentic feeling MAME experience, this stick will return you to the arcade glory days! I’m not a fighting game expert but this stick makes playing so easy that just thinking about a shoryuken makes Ryu do it on screen!
The stick feels perfect and the buttons feel like real arcade hardware. (But this is my 1st fightstick so I can’t compare to sanwa buttons)
My only gripe was the $40 ground shipping and $30 ups customs brokerage fee to get it into Canada. For that money UPS does expedited shipping and the brokerage fees for free. But the option was not available.
Eightarc doesn’t support Macs, and doesn’t offer refunds on opened merchandise. Anybody who tries this should keep that in mind.

Love how it feels. It's comfortable and it's like better than other sticks that I've bought.

Been using the Q2 pro and i love it.feels good.nice weight to it and buttons are smooth. the only thing that bugs me a little is the shaft. It feels a little loose going back to neutral. All in all. i rate it 4 stars cause come on... LEDS.. Qanba design, and that chrome finish! Just that shaft stopped me from the 5.

Awesome product that is just as advertised. It's my first fightstick and I could not be any happier. The fightstick also works as a joystick for other ps3 games that do not require double analog or the d pad (Racing games, platformers, etc.) Fightstick came in an awesome packaging. My only gripe with the fightstick is that some of buttons are squeaking but I heard that they just take some time to be broken in.
In terms of shipping, I bought the fightstick on a thursday and it came the next day! So eightarc is definitely on top of things when it comes to shipping their products in a timely manner.

When I bought this stick, it was right after the sad death of my SFxT Madcatz VS. stick. Knowing I wanted to get a stick for PC and PS3 (When I get an itch for some 3rd Strike.) I asked some friends and they told me repeatedly to buy from EightArc.
I took the leap and bought the Q2 Qanba. As soon as it arrived in it's beautiful packaging (Cleaning cloth included!) I unwrapped it, and as soon as I touched the buttons I knew I made a great buying decision. It's great. Responsive. Nice and Heavy!!!!(Such a big plus!!!) The LED lights are very nice looking too.
Perhaps my ONLY complaint is about the LED lights, after extended use, my Photophobia kicks in and I start to get a killer migraine. BUT, this can all be avoided for me by turning the lights off, so I don't think this is a REAL issue.
I cannot recommend this stick enough. This is better than my 200 dollar VS stick and it's almost half the price.

This product will most certainly get the attention of your friends as the LED function is BEAUTIFUL. However an instruction manual for the stick would of been very helpful as it is not clear on how to activate the LED functions (Turbo and select buttons at the same time)
The buttons and stick are a lot more sterner than the Qanba Q4 as it has a Seimitsu feel. This can be bad if you're not used to the feel as Sanwa and Seimitsu are VERY different however, if you enjoy having more control over your button input then this is an improvement.
This stick is very well presented, feels great and is professional its just a shame that its console specific. Worth the money!
